What is Travsta? (Platform Overview)

Travsta is a platform built for travel professionals — tour agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and local agents — to create attractive, client-ready tour itineraries with ease. It helps streamline itinerary creation, improve client experience, and manage tour operations efficiently.

System Requirements (Browser Compatibility & Devices)

Travsta works best on the latest versions of:

  • Google Chrome (recommended)
  • Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

Note: For the best experience, we recommend using the platform on a desktop or PC. While mobile access is available, it comes with limited features.

How to Sign Up & Log In

  • As a Travel Company Owner (Super Admin):
    • Go to the Sign Up page
    • Enter personal and company details
    • Complete registration
    • Verify your email with the OTP code
    • Log in with your credentials
    • Invite Users to the platform

  • As a Travel Agency User:
    • Ask your company admin to send you an invitation
    • Please check your work email inbox for an invite from Travsta
    • Log in using the provided credentials via Login
    • Start creating awesome itineraries

Navigating the Main Modules

Upon login, you’ll find:

  • Dashboard — Itinerary and Conversion Statistics
  • Itineraries — Manage travel itineraries
  • Customers — Manage client details
  • Agents — Manage agencies and their operators/agents
  • Contents — Manage destinations, experiences, inclusions, exclusions & conditions
  • Settings — Manage company/account details
