Content Management: Destinations, Experiences & More

  • Go to Content tab
  • Pick a section to insert the content
    • Destinations
    • Experiences
    • Other – Inclusions, Exclusions & Terms & Conditions
  • Add destination and experience with multiple images and descriptions for easy reuse in your itineraries
  • Set reusable Inclusions, Exclusions, and Terms & Conditions for every itinerary

Manage Customers & Agents

For B2C (Business-to-Consumer) Itineraries — Use Customers

  • Go to Customers
  • Click + Add Customer
  • Enter Customer Details
  • Click on Add Customer

For B2B (Business-to-Business) Itineraries — Use Agents

  • Go to Agents
  • Click + Add Agent
  • Enter Agency Name
  • Click on Add Agent
  • Manage Agency Contacts

How to Create a New Itinerary

  • Go to Itineraries
  • Click + New Itinerary
  • Choose or enter:
    • Tour Type
    • Customer/Agent
    • Tour Dates
    • Number of Pax
    • Primary Currency – Used for tour costing and display the final cost in itinerary
    • Secondary Currency – Select secondary currency only if tour costing uses two currencies
    • Language
    • Category and Tags
      • To select Categories, simply add them prior to itinerary creation. Go to Settings -> Branding -> Add Category. You can add a category and save it.
      • For tags, you can add them their itself during the itinerary creation.
  • Click on Next
  • Begin building your itinerary one day at a time:
    • Add Destination
    • Add Accommodation
    • Add Transports
    • Add Experiences
    • Write Day Highlights (Can be AI generated as well)
  • Use the checkboxes under “Preview Options” at the bottom to hide specific elements from the itinerary
  • Use the action buttons in the lower-right corner to manage your itinerary:
    • Update – Save any changes made to the itinerary.
    • Preview – Review the itinerary to ensure everything appears correctly.
    • Share – Download the Word Document Template, Copy the share link, Send the itinerary via email, Export it as a PDF, or Generate an Editable Link (available only for B2B itineraries)

Duplicating, Deleting, Sharing & Exporting Itineraries

  • Go to Itineraries
  • Scroll to the right and click the three dots to open the dropdown menu:
    • Share – Copy the share link, send the itinerary, or generate an editable link (available only for B2B itineraries)
    • Send Itinerary – Allows to send itinerary as an email attached as a PDF
    • Export – Allows to export the itinerary by selecting necessary elements
    • Download Word – Download the the word document template of the itinerary
    • Status – Allows to update the status as Draft, Sent, Follow up, Confirmed, Invoice Sent, Paid, Lost and Cancelled.
    • Duplicate Itinerary – Create an exact copy of the itinerary
    • Send Invoice – Allows to send the Costing Invoice as an email
    • View Costing – View the costing breakdown for the whole trip
    • View Status Log – View the current/past itinerary status and any further remarks
    • Archive – Temporarily remove the itinerary to keep your table organized; you can restore it at any time
    • Delete – Permanently remove the itinerary and this action cannot be undone
